Booking Terms & Procedure

Reservation Deposit

For the purposes of managing energies, and practicalities, all courses require you please to pre-book your place and make a Reservation Deposit.  The deposit amount will be stated at the bottom of the full course itinerary.

• To make your deposit, simply click on the 'Reserve Place' button assigned to your chosen training course. This will place the reservation deposit in your 'shopping cart' until you are ready to make your payment. (Alternatively, you can click on the 'Pay Deposit' button in the 'Schedule' Listing. These are the easiest and most convenient ways to reserve your place.
  
  
• Inspirit uses the secure and trusted Paypal internet payment system. Your Shopping Cart will be processed on the Paypal secure site. You DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT to purchase from our site. When you go to checkout, you will see that the Paypal secure site offers you options to pay by major credit or debit cards, OR through instant payment on your Paypal account if you have one. All your confidential financial details are held secure by Paypal only.

• Alternatively, course deposits can be made by forwarding your cheque, payable to ‘Inspirit’ to 2 Thurlston Avenue, Solihull, B92 7NY. Please ensure you enclose all your contact details, and details of the course you wish to attend.

• You can pay by electronic means using Paypal at www.paypal.com and send your payment to sales@heartofinspirit.com .  Please ensure you put details for the course you are booking in the information section.

• You can pay by internet banking, to make a direct transfer. Please email us for the Bank details.
  
  
• Inspirit will confirm safe receipt of your deposit, and confirmation of the reservation of your place.

If for any reason you cannot attend the Course, and you notify us prior to seven days of its commencement, your deposit will be fully refunded to you.   The Inspirit Centre will not ‘keep’ funds if there is to be no exchange of value.     If you notify us of an inability to attend within seven days of the Course commencement, then your energy will already be invested in the Course and included within the Inspirit ethos and embrace.  In this scenario,  we will ask you please to accept a voucher for the value of your deposit that you can apply in the future on any training course, or even a healing session, with Inspirit.   This way, your energy commitment is transferred, and your energy investment will continue to hold value and enhancement for you.

Course Fee Payment

The course fee for each Course is stated at the bottom of the full itinerary.   Your place will be reserved upon receipt of your deposit and you will receive confirmation of this.  The remaining balance of the course fee will then become payable approximately 21 days prior to the Course commencement. 

• Cheques should be payable to ‘Inspirit’ and forwarded to 2 Thurlston Avenue, Solihull, B92 7NY.

• You can pay the balance by using our secure shopping cart by clicking the 'Pay Balance' button on the Events Schedule page of the website..
  
  
• You can pay by electronic means using Paypal at www.paypal.com and send your payment to sales@heartofinspirit.com .  Please ensure you put details for the course you are booking in the information section.

• You can pay by internet banking, to make a direct transfer. Please email us for the Bank details.

Inspirit will send out a reminder to you, but you are also welcome to manage the administration of this yourself and just forward your course fee directly to Inspirit. Please ensure you make reference to the course details.  

If exceptional circumstances transpire and you ultimately have to ‘pay on the day’, please be aware that you will have to manage the administration of this yourself.  Additional staff are not present on the day of the Course to facilitate administration, and Sue will be focused on the presentation and experience of the day’s content and fulfilment.  So make sure your payment is in an envelope, marked with your name, and that you appropriately mark your presence and payment on the Course attendance list. 

Course Changes

If for any exceptional reason Sue is unable to present a course. Your deposit or payment may, by your choice, be transferred to a future scheduled date, to an alternative course, or you may request a refund. (The liability of Sue Zange, or Inspirit, shall extend only to the provision of an alternative training date, or refund of any monies paid.)

Attendance at Courses

All Inspirit training courses and presentations are held at the Layca centre, Stretton Road, Shirley, Solihull. B90 1RL

The course commencement and finishing times are stated on the full course itinerary.  Please ensure you are present 15 minutes prior to commencement, so that you can make yourself comfortable.   All courses commence with an energetic ‘Arrival & Welcome’ when the group energy dynamic is built and the focus and intent for the day is established.  It is important that you are present for this commencement, it helps to ensure you gain greater value from the day’s offering. 

Refreshments of tea, herb/fruit tea, coffee, and water are provided on the day, but participants are responsible for their own lunch arrangements.  There are kitchen facilities at the Layca Centre for the use of crockery, etc.   There are also a wide range of shops for lunch provision within easy driving distance, and spritely walking distance.

There is ample free car parking on site at the Layca Centre.  When you access the gates of Lighthall School, you turn immediately left, and the road travels around to the Layca Centre.  Parking is in front and to the side of the Centre.

You are responsible for your own belongings whilst at the Centre and within the grounds, so do give due consideration to the safety of your vehicle and its contents whilst parked.
